Bug/termite infested room! No refund!
Polished email response from property claimed that after "investigation, room door left open, that's how bugs entered room". Investigated when they didn't know anything about this prior? We would never leave our hotel door open with our bags inside!
Also claimed police had to explain this to me. Both claims are untrue. I took videos, but you can only upload photos here. Termites crawling on floor, while small, are really gross when crawling around your room!

This facility is a motel, not a hotel. Entry to each room is from the outside. The room itself appeared relatively new and was very clean. The exterior of the building was the opposite. The room looked out over the parking lot but also multiple dumpsters and debris. The exterior of the building where the rooms are located and the parking lot immediately caused my wife and I concern, although we did not encounter any problems. Upon walking up the stairs to our room we were "greeted" by a woman wearing a short-cropped top with her large belly exposed. We passed her multiple times. The room had an odd unpleasant odor which I surmised was from a cleaning product.The room for two people only had one caffinated coffee packet. The front desk staff-person was friendly and accomodating. The area surrounding the facility was commercial with many hotels and restaurants. The location was easy off and on I-81. For the price the room was comfortable and accommodating. I recommend that ownership invest in the exterior to create a better and a safer impression.

Website advertises free coffee and breakfast item , but only poor quality coffee was available in the morning. Door lock in the room was not working properly, one could open the door with light push, so security was compromised. Couldn't get Wi-Fi; info was not readily available. But room and bathroom were clean, mattress very comfortable. Overall acceptable.

Staff is rude and inpatient and antagonizing. Had to put my own batteries in remote for it to work. These lower tier motels like this one have an “antagonizing the customer complex “. If you have an issue with a guest just call authorities. No point in antagonizing guests furthering discrepancies. The owners of this property in my opinion have absolutely no business running a motel. I’ve been using Expedia for years staying at many properties.
