Our sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. The shower head was way too low for a normal person. Had to crouch down to fit under the shower head The mattress was old and uncomfortable Had to pay for a parking!!! Terrible. AC unit sounded like compressor was going to break.

Friendly staff
I beside a lots of guests were stuck in property as the snow caused Land/Air services to a complete shut down. During this time, Melinda at the breakfast area really worked hard to keep the supplies filled in as we all had no place to eat. Every guest was bulking up on breakfast as everything around town was closed. All the staff Cory,Nicole,Hollice,Curtis made all effects to ensure all the guests were taken care off in this mess Staff at this property deserves all the praises n thanks from us. GOD bkess u guys/gals, keep up the good work

Had to stay here because of a snow storm and our flights kept getting cancelled. Some staff tried their best to be friendly and helpful, others were a little creepy. Mold in bathrooms. Garbage scattered in hallways but it was a crazy time with many people stranded

Nasty! Charge parking with ZERO security.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE! The hotel is run down runs are nasty, I should have gotten a tetnis shot! They charge 12.00 a day to park, no security! Vagrants in lot pushing carts against vehicles! Water wasn’t cold, internet was horrific! Last but not least elevators are so dam small only fit 2 with luggage. Ones and very disrespected the flag was old nasty and most of the flag was missing. A coffee cup stayed on a table my whole stay. Stay somewhere else. I had my company pull this crap hole off our list.

Ugh
When I first checked in the room door was very hard to open and I almost got stuck in the room because I couldn’t pull the door to get out, as if someone kicked the door in and it’s off the handle. The second room I check in did not have any air and the water from the shower filled the tub up as if I took a bath smh. The toilet would not flush too good as if the water pressure was too low. Something must was wrong with the water system.

Not bad but could use some improvement
Our stay was good. When we arrived, there was only one clerk at the counter to check in guests. Unfortunately, the person in front of us was checking in multiple people for several rooms. It took 30 minutes for us to check in when a second clerk came to help us. The hotel is on airport property and they charge $6.00 per day for parking at the hotel which was not mentioned anywhere that I saw. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know that upfront. They did accommodate a room change when we realized our original room was adjacent to a room with a new crying baby. The free breakfast was okay but minimal choices as they had 1 waffle iron to make your own waffle, boiled eggs, cold cereals and coffee.
