"Beautiful hotel, entertainment was amazing! Food is good, italian restaurant was the best. The room seemed to be humid all the time so it was impossible to keep the floors clean, and I also asked front desk for a small decoration for my husband’s birthday, had to follow up twice and they never did it. Apart from that everything was good! "

"This is my second time staying at this resort. And I can honestly say that it has been amazing. The first time I stayed I was on the adult only side and I felt like they're just wasn't enough activities but then I also found out that they had just opened up. This time I stayed on the family side and I actually like the family side a lot better. The resort was clean, the food was honestly very good and the staff members are very helpful. Of course there was one and two people that were staff that didn't have the best attitude about their job but it still didn't change my view of the property. This time around I can tell that the resort has truly taken the feedback of everyone on and offline and has made significant improvements. I would definitely be returning here."

"It. My biggest complaint was the ride from the airport was ridiculous we were only suppose to have 3 stops before our hotel and it was eight so the first day was wasted we didn’t get to the hotel for 4 hours on a bus. Take private transportation it’s worth it. My only complaint was my room was hot I waited 3 days before I said something then they fixed it. The food was good expect I wish they changed up the menu a little basically it was the same choices daily. Overall we had a great trip"
