"No Wi-Fi in the Bungalows. Partly not well maintained facilities. Air conditioning was mouldy. Public toilets in the resort need to be renovated. Pool was nice."

"The hotel is located in the port area of Ancona. It is a great spot to watch cruise ships and fairy boats come in and out of the port. There are many churches, which a few have a spectacular view. We were able to walk around much of the town and visit the open air market they had on Saturday. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. The entire hotel looks fresh well done and was very comfortable. The only thing we had a negative on was how hard the bed was ha ha. I...

"Amazingly preserved hotel at the top of the mountain. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant was some of the best food we had in Italy. Many of the local restaurants and hotels had closed for the season but this hotel is a rare gem. There is a tennis court and a pool and plenty of hiking trails right from the property. Spa was nice as well."

"The gentleman in the restaurant was lovely and extremely helpful. The receptionist at check in wasn’t very friendly. The receptionist at check out was very professional and friendly. The room was so, so. The pool at the spa was beautiful. "

"The room was large with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was a little dated but had great water pressure and temperature. Our room faced the rear car parking and rubbish bin area, which at times late evening and early morning, was quite noisy. The breakfast was really nice with a great view out to the port. We walked from the train station no problems. It’s about a 7 min walk to the historical centre of Ancona."

"My spouse and I were searching for a relaxing atmosphere for a couple of days between Roma and Firenze. This hotel is a great location for hiking, relaxing or enjoying beaches. Multilingual employees went above and beyond our expectations. Rooms are quiet. Restaurant food and wine were amazing. And the view on the ocean is breathtaking! In short, this an hidden treasure that we highly recommend!"

"Great location and possibly the most comfortable bed I've had on vacation in a very long while. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was a decent selection. We were 2 minutes away from the main square with plenty of restaurants to choose from (although many were starting to close for holiday by mid-October). The

"The rooms were very clean. Excellent staff. Continental breakfast options were varied and plentiful. The only drawback was the size of the bathroom; it was a tad too narrow."
