"I walk with crutches and although the receptionist told me their their website states there is no lift I did not notice this fact on the website. Our room was on the second floor the receptionist did not even apologise that I would have difficultly getting to our room."
"The hotel had two distinct parts the older part was authentic German. The new part with the pool was practical and the pool was fantastic.
Breakfast was excellent and evening food was good."

We arrived various hours prior to check in (just to see if they would hold our luggage) and they did everything possible and prepared our room. The location is great, walking distance of various local restaurants and a top rated beer garden all surrounded by the river. My family really enjoyed the stay."
