"loved staying here, the only thing I would say if I had to say anything, if that we had a voucher for breakfast, and the waiter was not 100% sure what to do. He brought us a bill and asked us to sign even though he had seen the voucher for breakfast. If we signed, we would have been charged for the breakfast which was $37.00 or pancakes, orange juice and coffee. No bacon or sausage. No toast. We asked the manager what to do, he said just sign the bill as voucher and leave it with the bill. This is a management, training concern and each staff member should be aware of the process. Great waiter, great manager, just a bit of confusion. Will stay again, and would highly recommend"
"I really enjoyed this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful when we had to back because my daughter left something behind. The restaurant was small but amazing! My only complaint is that our room was right behind the elevator so that’s all we could hear if the tv was off. Otherwise, I would definitely choose this property again. "
