"I reserved a king bed but when I arrived more than two hours after check-in, I was told there weren’t any available because housekeeping was working on them. I took two doubles, but requested a room change because half of the bottom of the door didn’t have a seal. Air and light coming through, anyone could have stuck an unlocking device or something under it. Didn’t feel safe. There were black hairs in the sink and tub.
