"Amazing Stay, Thank you Bessma for allowing us this fabulous and extremely relaxing stay, being as hospitable and professional as a Front Desk Manager is at the Marriott International Brand; Check in (Adel) and Check out (Karim) as smooth as a Bonvoy member should Expect. "One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. "Overall the hotel is nice, would I stay here again, probably! Not a lot of entertainment on around the pool, the food is better than other hotels I’ve been in! Only down fall for me personally was the cleaner off the room, either the room wasn’t cleaned or when it was the only thing that was done was the bed had been made our jarmas where just chucked on top of our cases, never replenished the toilet paper have to ask for extra every day as none was giving to us."
