Communication upon arrival wasn't great. We initially went to the described address only to realise we had to go to the office to get keys (according to the booking info). "I stayed in a private room with a shower attached. Check in was quick and easy, the hostel was in a superb location just a couple of minutes from the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a selection of tea and coffee along with a kettle and cups. Only disappointing thing was no milk and no spoons. I had a view down onto the street below which was great! I would stay again! "

The location is ideal for tourists, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, the restaurant has superb food, the staff is friendly, the rooms, while small and towels that are too thin, are pleasant. The windows open for fresh air! There is a sweet children's corner in the lobby with toys - it's wonderful to hear children laughing! I am planning to return in a few months for another stay. Perhaps the most reliably pleasant hotel I know of. "

Not only that but it was in the HEART of old town square AND the windows prevented any noise from the square (that was NOT the case when we booked a place in Belgium's main square where all noise could easly be heard). Amenities are ALL very modern. Extremely clean. Can't get more convenient than this location. Highly recommended. "
