"Easy walking to some of the best restaurants in Genoa. The hotel was grand and well-maintained. The elevator was an antique but very cool to use. We felt like celebrities at this hotel! They included free drinks and mini bar beverages. We arrived by train and the station was a 10-minute walk to the hotel. When we left, we took a taxi from the hotel to the airport, which was a flat 25 euros. The aquarium and the old town were a 10-15 minute walk. We also took the 40-minute shuttle from the city bus station to the Serravalle outlets (the best outlets in Europe) to get deals on designer clothes. The person cleaning our floor was amazing. Our room was immaculate every day, and they always greeted us in the hallways. I think it was room 301 or 302. It was huge with an amazing shower and luxurious products to use. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making our trip amazing! . "
