staff. Cons: there was only 1 real complaint. The reception staff are incredibly unfriendly (girl around 20's or the man in his late 40's). A smile would be nice, I'd even would have enjoyed a neutral expression, however they seem to have a constant look of anger, boredom or contempt. Management should remind them to maje a little effort being nice. Stayed 5 days in January 2024 "
