Generous sized and clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff and not noisy. Location is great to access and see the crossing and experience Shibuya. Also super handy to jump on Narita Express within 3-5 minutes walk.

Fun, great vibe hotel in a perfect location at shibuya station and next to shibuya scramble square. Restaurants in the complex were international and well priced for exceptional local food. Rooms were clean, well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

8/10 Very good

Rooms were clean , staff helpful , breakfast was good , but in terms of location it is a good 12walk not 3 mins as proclaimed in their site , and quite confusing …..if one does not speak d local language…

Hotel is above restaurants, a mall and a train station. Although after arriving at train station, it was difficult to find the hotel. Some directions would be helpful. Shibuya is a fun and bustling area and very central.

Hotel is in a great location, very clean, awesome amenities. They provide a complementary bottle of Pocari Sweat during the hot Tokyo summer, moisturizing face masks, bath salts and a free happy hour cocktail.

10/10 Exceptional

This property was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, and the room we stayed in was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was top notch. So much available nearby (coffee, shopping, a great salad place), and the Scramble and entertainment area were within walking distance (10-minute walk or so). I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, very hip and clean hotel. Easy to navigate as a foreigner.

8/10 Very good

Location was great. Staff were super helpful. Free drink for guests is a nice touch, but only 1 hour and the drinks were minimal. Plus the desire to close out the hour was too apparent. Breakfast was adequate. Good variety. Espresso machine is too slow and lukewarm. Would like a little more variety for multi night guests.

Very clean and well run with an excellent location. The food court and mall adjacent to the hotel were very useful to have next door.

Great staff. Daily American breakfast available. Hotel is located within a multi complex with restaurants and the train station just below. Lots of things in walking distance. A/C didn’t get as cold as we would like. Would stay again if in the city.
