      Stunning property -both the house itself, and the location. Beds were comfy and it was well set up for a group get together. The only (very) minor complaint was there was no lock on the main bathroom door.

      A-MAZING!!!

      An amazing house! Perfect for a family - or 2 like us! So comfortable and loved everything about it including the view, lounge room, kitchen, outdoor spa on the balcony, bathrooms, pool room and all the touches of linen and decorations. The only regret was not having more than 2 nights there - we could have easily settled in for a week! We just loved it and highly recommend it.

      The view was spectacular. The open plan, kitchen lounge and deck were terrific. The appliances, plates, serving platters etc. in the kitchen were amazing. The downside is the number of bathrooms and the bedrooms are really small, especially the bunk room where the bunks are two close to each other.

      This is an excellent property with great facility, wonderful views and excellent location to the scenaries, beaches. The main bathroom water outlet fell off the wall due to loose screws, and the management company sent technicians to repair within a couple of hours notificaiton. That was great. THANK YOU.

      Stay at observatory

      Great place and location. Really enjoyed the house right next to the beach and to the national park. The house set up was fantastic. The only downside which i am comparing with another place we stayed in bruny island was about the little touches.l being absent. A bottle of wine is usually left as a gift which i find to be very welcoming - not in this case. Had to call to get the code for the key which sll other places messaged over. Bruny island we were provided eith a breakfast basket which i thought was a fantastic touch. For the price and lenght of time stayed - less than 19 hours due to check in being 3pm and check out 10am i would have expected some of those touches.

      The property has been recently renovated and a large extension was built, providing an oversized family room . The furniture quality, decoration and overall feel was fantastic. The location (3 min walk from the beach) & views of the bay are gorgeous. The proximity to the park made it the perfect spot for our stay (family of 5) we cannot recommand this place enough to friends and are planning to go back next year.
