Terrible Hotel shown on "Hotels.com"
왜 이런 Hotel이 귀사의 자료에 소개되었는지 궁금합니다. 1. Check-in시 확인해 줄 수 없다고 합니다. 영수증을 제시하였더니 한글로 쓰여져있다고 쳐다보지도 않았습니다. 2. 해외 여행에서 Check-in 확인이 안되면 황당하지 않습니까? 그래서 확인하니 현금 투숙을 요구하더군요. 그리고 귀사에 전화해서 계약을 취소하라고 하더군요. 3. 어쩔 수 없이 현금 조건으로 Check-in 하였습니다. 4. 방을 안내받고 들어가니, 이건 광고에 나오는 수준이 아니라 완전 시골동네 여관 수준입니다. 냉장고 없고, 화장실은 수건, 비누도 없고, 샤워시설은 엉망이고.. 5. 하루밤 겨우자고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 6. 나중에 귀사에서 보내준 메세지와같이 "숙박 시설과 보수 공사로 인해 투숙하시지 못한 해당 예약으로 환불 동의" 7. Check-in 날부터 Check-out한 그 다음날까지 국제전화 통화료, 심리적 스트레스에 대한 보상을 하여주시기 바랍니다. 귀사는 호텔측과 상의하였다고 하였으나, 제가 직접 전화하였다고 할때마다 확인한 결과, 호텔측에서는 귀사로 부터 연락이 오지 않았다고 합니다. 제게 계속 거짓말을 하였던 겁니다. 귀사는 다름사람(Broker?)과 통화하였던겁니다. 귀사 안내에 나온 전화번호가 아니라, Hotel 실제 전화는 +91 631 220 1141 입니다. 8. 위에서 기술한바와 같이 심적부담 및 국제통화료에 대한 보상을 필히하여 주시기바랍니다.
