In need of TLC
This is NOT a 4-star hotel.... maybe 2 1/2.
The rooms no longer look like the picture, and the bathroom mold was unsettling...
The only good point was that the people were nice and we could use their parking.

Stay at casablanca
Its a decent hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint is that when i shower, as there is no partition, the water will leak out of the toilet into the room everyday. But other than that, its great. Breakfast was decent too.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel service was wonderful. During the checking in , I was not offered the hotel.com perk. In the morning I got the cash back. Very comfortable rooms and hotel in general. One evening, there was a bathroom smell, we got a new room right away

We stayed here 1 night in early November. The hotel is very nice and clean. There is a kiosk in front of the hotel where you can buy sodas, water, and snacks, and a few blocks away there is a currency exchange. The wifi is very good.
My only criticisms is the lack of a tea kettle/coffee maker in the room. Also we arrived in the morning and they wanted to charge us 50 euro per room to check in a little early (we declined, obviously).

Would not stay again
We would not stay here again. We felt like an inconvenience. We were not offered a tour of the hotel when we arrived. They requested our preferences ahead of time via a PDF (including breakfast) and then when I asked for breakfast the next morning, they said it was not included and didn't accommodate. We requested room service for dinner and it was clearly an inconvenience - the customer service was not warm. The staff at the door who help with baggage and cabs were very friendly and accommodating, but the front desk, kitchen and breakfast staff seemed annoyed with us. They also asked us ahead if we wanted a beach pass, but this hotel was not near the beach and no one brought it up when we arrived. I was just confused.
The room was fine, comfortable. It seems more like a business center. If you stay for 1 night and don't need anything, you'd probably be fine.

Needs TLC
Location was good, very central.
The elevators are sketchy. One elevator was not working when we got there, we got in and it suddenlydropped a few inches then after a anxious pause finally went up to the wrong floor where a technician told us it was under repair and asked us to take another elevator.
The 2 rooms we booked were comfortable but no balcony and the view was just the back alley. The water kettle in neither room was working they did send a replacement when asked.
Bathrooms were fine but the water pressure was barely enough to shower.

Very nice and modern hotel, quite central
It's the second time I stay at this hotel, and I'm very happy with the quality of it. Modern and comfortable, and very close to the main places I needed for my business trips; also for a bit of entertainment.
If I had to say something to improve, I'd say the variety of products included in their breakfast (it was quite basic), and also, the noise that echoes through the corridors when people close their doors, you can hear it from your room, but if you're tired, it's not too bad...

This hotel was just what we needed for our first night in Casablanca before our tour started. The staff was great and happily spoke enough English to make up for my poor French. Thank you Odyssee Boutique Hotel.

Let's break it down:
Check in: 2pm check in was not accurate. Expedia and all of their literature saya 2pm. It is 2.30pm and we were turned away and told to wait in the lobby for 30 mins. Just note, this hotel does not recognise VIP access and when asked, replied with "nobody told me". He didnt even check if an upgrade was available.
Room: Very dated, which is forgivable, however it was dirty. Mould in shower, fridge not operational, only one towel provided in bathroom for a booking for 2 people. No in room amenities such as iron, coffee, additional blankets and pillows.
Building: The lift floor has disintegrated under the carpet and felt unsafe.
Breakfast: Was fine. Has eggs cooked to order and fresh pastries. The other hot food options were cold because the heating elements were not turned on. One coffee machine broken so a very long line for a very slow coffee machine.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Recommend paying the $30 more to stay at a recogised brand hotel.
