Rustic ... with love
The best word to describe this place is rustic. Although it is a bit worn down, the room was spacious and very clean. You could tell that the hosts had done their best to make it cozy and comfortable despite the conditions. We received a code for the front door and a code for a key locker for the room door. The rooms are situated above an Indian restaurant.

I do NOT recommend this place
Very dirty and uncomfortable place, drains dont work, no toiletpapir. The smell of humid and indian food was awfull. Spiderwebs and spiders in many places. Madras is yellow and discusting. Very crible feeling when laying in bed.

Not tourist friendly - avoid if you can
I regret booking and staying here. All signs are in German only, fine if you can read and understand German, which i don't. There was no WIFI, no hairdryer, no blackout curtain/blind, no common area with free tea or coffee - all the reasons i had booked for! The hosts did not respond to my SMS or phone call. Avoid if you can.

Grundsätzlich der Checkin war reibungslos, man ruft an und erhält per sms tür code. Das Gebäude ist runtergekommen, Zimmer ebenso. Einrichtung ist aus den 80er Jahren oder billig und abgenutzt. Wände sind sehr dünn.. Man hört wenn Wasserläuft nebenan. Die Beschreibenen Haushaltsgeräte sind nicht alle vorhanden. Es gibt keine Wasserkocher. Einen Aufenthaltsraum gibt es auch nicht. Zusätzlich hat man ein Kleid von mir beschädigt, zwar wurde mir Kompensation zugesichert aber passiert ist nichts.

Trotz des niedrigen Preises noch zu teuer
Zusendung der Zugangsdaten deutlich verspätet und erst nach Aufforderung. Kontakt-Telefonnummer und WLAN-Daten auf Begrüßungsblatt falsch, deshalb nicht nutzbar (Vertragserfüllung seitens Betreiber also nicht erfolgt). Ausstattung archaisch. Toilette auf gleicher Etage, nicht belüftet. Jalousie nur zu 50 % verdunkelnd. Treppenaufgang durch aufgeklappte Tür halb verstellt. Keinen zweiten Fluchtweg gefunden. Kontrolle durch Brandschutzbehörde empfehlenswert. Aber: ruhig, sauber genug für den Preis.

Ich habe noch nie so eine schäbige Unterkunft gehabt. Der Lüfter auf der Toilette war dermaßen dreckig, ein Wunder, dass da noch kein Brand entstanden ist. Die Gardinen waren mehr ab als dran. Keine Sitzgelegenheit (außer auf dem Bett) für 2 Personen. Sehr laut, sehr hell. Schade, dass ich keine Fotos einstellen kann. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, da wir sind Zustand nicht mehr ertragen konnten. Das einzige positive war, wir konnten unseren Hund mitnehmen

Sehr geringer Preis für die Übernachtung hin oder her. Man benötigt zwei kleine Kissen: eines um das Loch in der Matratze zu stopfen und eines für den Kopf. Die Bettwäsche stank dermaßen muffig, dass man sie nicht in der Nähe des Kopfes gebrauchen konnte. Habe die Nacht über vor Ekel kaum ein Auge zu gemacht. Das Schnarchen aus dem Nebenzimmer ist ebenso gut hörbar, wie die Drum'n'Bass-Patarade, die nachts auf der Straße vor der Pension fährt. Da kann die Pension einerseits nichts für, die "geschlossenen" Fenster sind allerdings auch keine Hilfe dagegen. Schade.

Alles Nötige zu einem unschlagbaren Preis! Sauber ist es auch. Eine Pension ohne anwesendes Personal, mit Codenummer für die Haustür, ist vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig.
