It is a nice hotel. It was a lot nicer last year. There is no maid service and the breakfast to go is not good.
Great stay, super clean especially during covid. Breakfast was the best we have seen so far with almost all options available when most other places just hand out a fruit cup. We will definitely stay again!
PET OWNERS BEWARE!! there is a $75 pet fee even if staying one night and a “pet tax” of $7.50! This is almost more than the price to stay a night for yourself! You won’t find this on the hotels.com website before paying unless you dig really deep! We had already paid. Showed up told that outrageous price and it’s too late to cancel. Felt blindsided. Talked to employees and manager, and they seemed as if they didn’t care or wouldn’t do anything about it. The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are decent size. Breakfast is somewhat of a pain with all the covid restrictions. But mostly the bad review is for the shock of $75 for a dog without knowing ahead of time, and pigeon holed into paying it. Please don’t advertise as “pet friendly”!!
Shower the water wasn’t hot & the toilet wouldn’t flush.
Good location and good bed nice and clean
Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location and price. Nice fitness center. Burrell diligently following sanitizing and social distancing recommendations.
Very convenient hotel if you are visiting the national parks. Very clean. Beds very confortable.
The hotel facilities and staff were great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place is near to many fabulous eateries
Great spot to stay in Moab. I was here in the worst of the 2020 shutdown and they did an amazing job at social distancing and setting everyone up with a to go bag of breakfast
