    Website images suggests hotel type accommodation... not the case... not the building that sells the stay... instead a room, albeit spacious, tucked away behind ther main property, no view, not light and bright as hoped for. No restaurant or bar, except Friday& Saturday. Lift full of laundry bags throughout our stay so could not use. Poor representation of what is actually being sold.

    Don’t like getting scolded

    Not a winery. No wine or cheese. No pleasant surprises Bar was closed Restaurant was closed. So we brought our wine and cheese inside and we’re going to enjoy the common area. We were told that we couldn’t drink our wine inside so we were sent outside with our dinner to get bitten by the mosquitoes. Over rated I also don’t like getting scolded when I’m paying over $300 per night.

    Really enjoyed our last night of our trip in NZ at the French Farm Winery. Great food in a peaceful atmosphere, with great hosts. Will definitely be back
