Zimmer wurden vor der Anreise nicht beheizt, da die Zimmer ausegekühlt war wurden die Zimmer für unsere Übernachtung auch nicht warm. Zimmer sind abgewohnt und viel zu teuer.

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und es gab kaum etwas zu bemängeln.

nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit ausgezeichneten Service und supernetter Bedienung. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich hatte leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, die auch nachts sehr befahren war. Durch CORONA konnte ich leider nicht das Frühstücksbuffet auskosten, wie es in den Bildern dargestellt ist aber es war ok.

Im Grunde wunderschön (...wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Appartement bekommen), herrliche große Räume im Jugendstil...ABER: DRINGEND RENOVIERUNGSBEDÜRFTIG! Ein total versiffter Duschvorhang, unschöne eklige Flecken auf der Auslegware, eine nicht vorhandene Antennensteckdose (statt dessen ein Loch in der Wand, aus dem das Kabel kommt), unter den Betten wurde vermutlich seit Jahren nicht mehr gesaugt - zuzüglich einer widerlichen alten Socke unterm Bettgestell - , auf den Fliesenrändern im Bad sammelt sich der Dreck, der Türrahmen im Badezimmer war durchgegammelt, der Bad-Heizkörper verrostet..., völlig verkalkte Fliesen und eine kalkverschmutzte Armatur, ein Balkon der so schmutzig war, dass ein Betreten schon einige Waghalsigkeit erfordert hätte ... Alles in Allem Details, die mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden könnten und unbedingt behoben werden MÜSSEN, damit der Gesamteindruck zum super-freundlichen Personal und zum wunderschönen Gebäude passt! Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr gemütlich und reichhaltig!

Kann man machen, wenn man Gelf übrig hat.
Die Lage war für unseren Theaterbesuch ideal, auch die Dame am Empfang beim Einchecken sehr nett. Das es kein Restaurant im Haus gibt kann man verschmerzen. Ansonsten ist alles ein bisschen verwohnt, wenn im Großen und ganzen doch sauber. Das Frühstück war o.k. und einen Parkplatz gab's auch, die Preise dafür, naja gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gestört hat mich etwas das Verhalten der Dame beim Auschecken. Mir persönlich hat sie nicht's getan, aber wie sie mit anderen Gästen und in meiner Gegenwart über sie sprach fand ich nicht in Ordnung. Hatte auch das Gefühl, dass sie nur eingesprungen war.
