It was last minute stay, the hotel was very quick, very accommodating and excellent service the food in the restaurant is excellent, room service was excellent. The condition of the room very good except they have that Filipino style shower, which I’m not crazy about, but it was a great day and they accommodated us very well. I have no complaints. I will stay here again.

Room with no hot water
After check in and settling in our room, I discovered there was no hot water. They sent someone to check and he confirmed no hot water, so we had to repack everything and move to another room. Lessons learned, check that everything works before unpacking.

Adjust your expectations
Other reviews mentioned the overwhelming “fragrance” in the main floor, and the similarly strong mold odors on the guest floors. Trust those reviews. No chance this is more than a 3 but more likely a 2.5 star hotel. The people couldn’t be nicer, but that’s not much of a distinction in the Philippines (to their great credit). The bathroom was so cramped that I had to straddle the toilet to open/close the door. The mattress was almost without substance. And the aircon was anemic. I will say the walking area out the back of the hotel was convenient and had the right coffee and convenience options. Overall not a fan, though.

Not as good as expected. Disappointing.
We had a grand suite room, so the overall room was a good size. The towels were tiny. Could barely wrap them around a person. We had NO hot water so had to had a cold shower at 5am. The A/C wasn’t cold at all. The room was clean and bed a comfy QUEEN. I would have hoped for a KING if it was the a top room on offer. The view was a corner view of an unused site filled with rubbish. The buffet was basic as best. I know this sounds critical, but I actually expected more from a Savoy.

Hotel is just a walking distance to NAIA terminal 3. It was clean and spacious enough for us. Overall it was a great, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended to anyone flying out from T3.

Nice airport view
Requested for a higher floor and view of the airport action. Savoy did not disappoint! Checkout took less than a minute! When i came up to the front desk and handed over the key cards, she just asked me: did you leave anything in the room? I said no and she said everything is good!
