This was our second visit to Punta Cana, DR in 4 years. Previously we stayed at The Level. While we found The Level very nice, The Paradisus was a smaller upscale venue and more to our liking than our stay at the Level was. We were well taken care of by our butler, Juan Suarez. The best restaurant onsite experience for us was the Bana Japanese experience.

The Royal Service area was fantastic. It was much quieter than the other areas of the resort. It also included its own restaurant (Palazzo), just for Royal Service guests. We would be happy to come back next year.

This was the 11th all inclusive we have visited and it was overall the best of those 11. We have previously stayed at Dreams, Secrets, RIU, and Now properties but Royal Service at Paradisius was the best. The food was good, but, it’s all inclusive so don’t expect it to be exceptional. Drinks were top shelf (Grey Goose, Hendricks, etc in Royal Service areas). Service was good everywhere. Beach was beautiful and Royal service beds on beach were plentiful and amazing comfortable. The beds on beach were worth upgrade to Royal Service

The property is quite beautiful. We booked in the Royal service but to be honest there was no difference between regular service. The food was horrible. Most people were complaining about it as well. The premium drinks weren't available or they ran out. There was no entertainment Which made our stay completely boring. The club was closed. Over all I would not recommend this resort.

LIKES: The private pool, the drinks, the food, the beds on pool and beach. UNIQUE: The soft and clear color beach sand, the palms and the turquoise color ocean that surround the property. DISLIKES: The staff give you plus attention just if you tip them, the arrival and departing international airport is terrible organized. No airport/hotel shuttle.
