Definitely in the heart of things, very comfortable and beautifully fitted out and an ice cream shop next door. Would be nice to have some local info in the room and something to say when breakfast is available, but otherwise a really lovely overnight stay.

Perfect location , very comfy bed , thought would be noisy as right by the quay and it wasn’t at all Found parking space later in the day for a 24hr stay reasonably priced too . Wells is such a lovely place

Basic premise far too over priced. There was some building work going on and the plumbers switched off the hot water, so no showers the next day. The owner never apologised and had the nerve to say 'what am I supposed to do'. They knew they would not have any water and still continued to stay open and charge £145. The fire safety of the premises is suspect and we felt it necessary to ask the Fire Service to inspect the premises.

Parts of the room where dusty and we didn’t realise our bathroom would be disabled x were woken up at 7.15am on the Sunday by the setting up of the kitchen Wells is such a lovely place always enjoy the visit Would highly recommend the restaurant called Sands excellent food great value great service

Lovely and clean room. Bed so comfortable and had great tea/coffee facilities. Great location and whilst you have to pay to park, parking is literally opposite. Friendly staff and the easiest check in ever! Highly recommend.
