This property was very clean and I felt very comfortable staying here. The host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There were free bikes but we walked to the Old Town. The breakfast was very delicious. It was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam so far, especially for the price. I usually don't leave references but I felt like I had to here because the service was exceptional.

The homestay is simple and nice, the sheets smell so good, the little balcony is perfect to have intimate breakfast if you're a couple. The breakfast (especially the Coffee with condensed milk and the banana pancakes) is really good, I had it there 3 times... The lady in charge of he homestay (didn't catch her name right) was always lovely and smiley. The only thing is that the hotel is pretty far from city center by foot, it's 5 minutes on motorbike (that the hotel rents for 110k/day), and 15/20 minutes by bicycle (that the hotel provides for free) . This remote situation was actually nice as Hoi An gets pretty busy on weekends, it felt nice to go away from the crowd. Finally the pick up and drop off from Danang airport has been seamlessly organized by the homestay at affording price.

Very friendly homestay!
Good and clean rooms, quiet area, 5-10 minutes to the centre and the Old Town on the free bikes. The manager helped us with booking airline tickets, tours and showed us the good places to go in the town. She also cooked some local dishes for us to try. All in all a place that makes you feel at home, and definetly the place I will be staying next time I go to Hoi An.

The best place to stay in Hoi An!

Amazing homestay!
We planned to stay for one night and ended up here for 3. The homestay family were amazingly gracious and kind. The owner helped us book a train and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in Hoi an. Her mother cooked us breakfast on a rainy day and we all ate together. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended staying here for a unique local experience!

Homestay hos den sødeste familie, der fik os til at føle os hjemme. Deres værelser er helt nybyggede og det er utrolig rent og komfortabel. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker, og vi havde fri benyttelse af cykler. Familien var utrolig søde og meget interesseret i vores kultur. De inviterede os på frokost den sidste dag sammen med familien, på deres regning. Kan kun anbefales.
