Our twin room was very comfortable. We had a window we could open by which all of the singing birds greeted us in the morning. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets for all our needs. The gathering room is nice in size and comfort, and the kitchen was well supplied. The front desk has limited hours. The shared bathroom worked out well. The shower room is separate from the sinks and toilets. All clean. The location is perfect for getting to all of the various sights. The elevator works well. hostel experience - but a single solo room. the room itself was top notch and way better than I expected. it was clean, very good looking and the table for working could fit two laptops easily. bed was ok, very clean but a bit too bouncy and soft for my taste. but tastes may vary of course. the public toilet on the corridor had door handle and lock mechanism very clunky and almost broken. was surprised the towel wasn't included in the price and since my check-in was very late, I could not get a towel. so a very important detail was lost in the messages. shame. overall - pleasent experience for a single room single traveller. good value for 65 euro per night.

No staff service whatsoever. I did not get a code to get into the room or the hotel. Nobody responded to the texts and calls. So I was stranded with two kids with us for the night. Kids got nervous and cried, it was a hectic and terrible night for my family.

They cancelled my reservation at the last moment, but kept my money. Refusing to refund. Staff very unhelpful and very slow. I wanted to say "you get what you pay for", but in this case I paid money and got nothing. So my sincere recco is to stay away from this shady place.
