2/10 Poor

The room doesn’t look like what you see online. Floors, walls, curtains, sheets bathroom need to be attended too. Mold on the walls in room and bathroom has mold around where the shower located. Don’t stay there for comfortable because you never get it. Bed and pillow feel like you laying on bricks. TV fuzzy but it will come clear at late night. Only thing good about that place is the mall walking distance.

This is a cheap basic hotel. Bed is comfortable and shower/ toilet is reasonably clean. Bedlinen quite clean but towels stained and don’t smell great. Step steps up to rooms. Safe for valuables in room. Air con good but a bit dusty. Overall a reasonable cheap room. ( we stayed 5 days with no problems.

The staff was nice, but the 'front desk' is essentially a restaurant. There is no computer and the staff does not know about your Expedia booking, so bring a print out. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags, expect to lug them up the stairs yourself. The price on Expedia is good, but the 'regular' price of 890 and 990 baht would not encourage me to book. I experienced both 'standard' and 'deluxe' rooms and could not see any difference in the room quality. The restaurant sells beer but adds 'tax' and 'tip' to the already fairly high price. This is NOT the custom in Thailand. Nice and friendly staff and a serviceable place to stay for those on a budget.

6/10 Good

Cheap price but bad customer service.
Pros: cheap price, not too far from BTS, around 10' walk. Plenty of bar, massage, and food around. Cons: room is small and noisy. Bathroom is in bad condition. Really bad customer service, especially in the restaurant (no one want to serve me, even I waved them many times; they seems not want to take order from single traveller. After more than 20' of waiting to order, I just fed up and walked out. Overall: cheap price, but bad customer service (first time received bad customer service in Thailand).

2/10 Poor

don't stay here
Very disappointing. First of all, I had to wait to check in for over 30 mins after 2pm (check-in time). I was not asked for my passport or any ID. The room had no window (the "window" opened onto an internal corridor). The room safe was locked shut and the key to the room door didn't fit the lock. I asked for another room but that was almost as bad, also with a locked safe, an "indoor" window and no TV. Most of all, it was dirty; if I ran a tissue over a surface, it revealed the dirt. This was listed as a "superior" room ! I decided not to stay and booked a completely different hotel immediately and went there instead ROOM WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED. ROOMS WERE INSECURE AND DIRTY. HOTEL WAS NOT FIT TO BE DESCRIBERD AS 3-STAR. I have demanded a refund.
Pic shows room looks better than it is. The gold curtain hides the "window" to the corridor

Low Low price and Not bad at all
The people are very nice and the restaurant is good quality food. The rooms are basic but clean. Everything worked. AC and TV. Shower pressure was strong. Remember this is not the Sofitel, but it's worth more than the little I paid. For the money, the honey house is a great place.
