We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. Staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful - really made us feel welcome in this lovely country. The rooms were great too - so clean, modern and uncluttered.

Friendly & helpful staff and the hotel had beautiful views of the lake and nearby mountain. We opted for the breakfast which included fresh baked bread, and the downstairs area was relaxing to read. The local thermal springs were also walking distance. Since we were there end of May, I would recommend a sleeping mask for the outdoor light because our room didn’t have blackout curtains and ear plugs because you could hear noise from the road.

Really beautiful facilities in a great location. Lake side views from the room were awesome. Gas station, supermarket, and good restaurant right down the street, but very peaceful area close to many attractions. Friendly staff. Best soap.

Comfortable, clean, perfect stay if you want to visit the Laurgavatn Fontana (and geothermal bakery) Comfortable beds, simple but plentiful breakfast. No hair dryers in the rooms, but friendly staff will gladly provide you with one if asked. Would love to come back and stay a little longer than just one night!
