This is one we’d absolutely recommend and return to. Our space was clean and well appointed. Nice sitting area, comfy bed, clean and well functioning restroom. There is a nice private courtyard to share with fellow guests as well as bottle fillers and a laundry. The area surrounding was great for restaurants and a little nightlife. It was easily walkable to most of the sites. Overall easy 5/5!

This is a self-service hotel. There is no reception, but you communicate with the staff through WhatsApp. You get a code, after everything is paid online, that you use to enter the front door and the room itself. Very big and nice room, with a small kitchen and a separate area with chairs, and a separate bedroom. Lot of space. There is also a laundry room in the basement. In the backyard there is a nice garden, and there is a pop-up cafeteria, where you can buy breakfast/brunch/lunch.

The Palazzo has spacious rooms, with a good kitchenette, and a convenient location to many sites in Florence. We were on the floor above street level, next to the street and it was loud. If you’re at all sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs and ask for a room facing the garden.

This apartment was modern and easy to access. There is a garden area that is quiet and private. The host was detailed with instructions and quick with responses. The apartment is located on the third floor and has 2 bedrooms up an additional staircase. If your party has difficulty with stair, it may not be a good fit. The only issue encountered was parking. There is a paid lot approximately a 5 minute walk away.

This place is located next to the river and bridge. The place is so easy to walk around lot of places. We walked around and it was great. Its 15 min walk to the center of Florence and other tour activities. Free water and sparkling water too. Nice facility with garden and nice terrace. Staff is very supportive and also caring.. The facility is like our home back in India with mordern settings.. absolutely reccomend this facility .
