Disappointed
The room was very small and crowded. There was holes in the walls and the heat diffuser was missing in the ceiling, and no bathroom fan which had a foul smell. No host at site, so had to prepare our own breakfast. Poor value for the price of the room.

The pool, hot tub and jet bathtubs were nice offerings. We were in the separate North Cottage so it was nice and quiet and we could park our car right in front. It was nasty outside so it was nice having the electric heater in the cottage. Breakfast was fine as it was self serve.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage despite miserable weather. We booked two double beds for a family of 3 and that got us a cozy cottage on the property all to ourselves. There's lots of privacy and room to spread out. In the morning, we enjoyed the self-serve breakfast and noticed many thoughtful touches throughout the main house. For us, it was a perfect stay.

I had to cancel because my 4 year old daughter was very sick and they would not budge on a refund stating it was the same day. I had booked the room late the night before and had no WIFI to contact them. I can see for other things but when your driving the Cabot trail with no WIFI and get stuck somewhere with a sick child I would expect a bit of compassion

Love love love!!
I have never had so much fun in a bed and breakfast setting! The owner was absolutely amazing and so welcoming. The facility was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were a nice refreshing way to start the day! The breakfast was so yummy and the company was entertaining!!
