First, the positive. Great location. The "estate" apartment was rather small so be aware. The real issues were with mgmt. It might be changed by the time you read this, but it did advertise a washing machine. It had issues w/ the lid sensor & couldn't start. When I emailed the mgmt., first they said it was likely a user issue, but did offer to come out, "even if tomorrow is Sunday we are here to help you and for a perfect holiday." We said they were welcome to come by, but they never responded after that. Truth is, we didn't have a reason to think they could actually fix it, but they had left off suggesting it was our fault. Well, they never got back in touch. We spent some "holiday" hours in a laundromat. The washer was a selling point for this leg of our trip. If they had so much as apologized for the inconvenience, we could have circumvented the need for me to convey this little-made-large failure. Secondly, be sure to READ THE FINE PRINT w/ these guys. Notice where it says the cleaning fee for the first night is included in the price. When we arrived they immediately charged us an additional 58€! for a "cleaning fee" for the two other nights. ($67+). We were fairly put off & when we later compared the receipt they gave us w/ that on Hotels.com, there wasn't any relation. The Hotels.com receipt does show a kinda dubious post-subtotal charge of $71 for other "hotel" charges. PS: This is not a "hotel", it's a cramped apt for 3 nights @ $495, & misleading management.
