Unable to stay

Be very careful when booking this accommodation. I arrived at 10pm at night following a flight from London and there is no check-in desk/front desk/reception area to obtain a key. I rang the number given for the hotel (the number is also on the wall outside the villa complex) and it goes through to a different hotel who know nothing about Athena Beach Villa reservations. I had to book somewhere else to stay as I couldn't gain access.

Des petites supérettes pour les courses de première nécessité Pernera quartier de Protaras est à 25 à pieds par la promenade de la plage ou le centre de la ville regorge déborde de restaurant boutique bar ect Bonne expérience chypriote où les gens sont serviable gentil naturel accueillant

Perfect apartment..2 blocks of 6. Had communal pool to ourselves in the 1st 2 weeks of August. Less than 100 yards to beach down private alleyway. Pool towels supplied and daily supply of room towels available.

clean villa with good location.

The villa has a nice location right next to the beach. it's 2 minutes away walking distance from several restaurants and pubs. Andreas, the person in charge of our villa was a great help by all means. We faced an emergency at 3am and called him, he came directly and gladly solved it for us.

A pleasant surprise

Called ahead to worn of our arrival, were met at the gates by a very helpfull Andreas, he showed us into the ground floor apartment which had an outside terrace area leading straight to the pool. He directed us to the pathway to the beach a very short 2 minute walk from the apartment, to a popular beach away from the beaten track, with 3 places to buy drink and food all at reasonable prices. The apartment itself, though basic was modern clean and comfortable, with tv, wifi and AC and washing machine there was nothing we wanted for, well maybe a glass or 2 more. The apartment itself is for up to 5 people, with a sofa and z bed in the living area, both would be OK for a young child for a short period of time as we're not the most comfortable to sit on let alone sleep on. Overall the Athena villas and apartments were a welcome surprise and will make enquiries about a stay next year,
