Do momento em que chegamos de carro ao hotel fomos muito bem recepcionados e nota-se de imediato o preparo da equipe para oferecer um serviço de extrema qualidade. Check-in desconstruído, com um drink de boas vindas e canapés servidos no bar o lado da recepção enquanto escaneiam seus documentos e fazem a parte burocrática. Oferta de atividades extras (pagas à parte em sua maioria ) variada. Quarto de extremo bom gosto, clean, confortável e espaçoso. Quartos do monte com excelente vista de Monsaraz. Almoço e jantar no restaurante do hotel com comida muito boa, e cardápios diferentes, o que achei ótimo para variar mesmo que indo ao um mesmo local. Sempre uma atenção impecável de todos durante as refeições. Café da manhã com opções de qualidade, e pratos quentes à la carte muito bons.
