Good location and as described Had all needed good value except asked extra for TV remote, bedding and end of stay cleaning. That should be made clear. Office staff arrived late according to their opening hours which was a little frustrating.

Draps et serviettes non inclus (ni la TV)
Bonjour. Il n'est précisé nulle part sur hotels.com que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus. J'ai donc du payer sur place la location de draps + serviettes (35e pour 2pers, un gentil geste du gérant offrant ceux de l'enfant) pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Que l'on reste 1nuit ou 12nuits, les draps et serviettes ne sont jamais inclus. Après discussion avec Hotels.com, il m'est reproché de ne pas les avoir contacté sur le moment et qu'il est donc trop tard pour le remboursement (malgré facture) des draps. A noter aussi que le wifi et la TV sont en location. De même que les draps, cela n'est précisé nulle part. Je ne recommande donc pas Hotels.com ni Néméa pour ce manque de communication entre eux. Pour le prix final, je serais allé ailleurs. A par cela, les maisons sont correctes et bien localisées. Personnel agréable.

Bonjour, nous sommes arrivés à l'avance et donc avons pu profiter de la piscine le temps d'avoir les clefs. La piscine extérieure ouverte a été très agréable car il y avait beaucoup de monde à la piscine intérieur, les enfants ont bien apprécié les toboggans. Les employés étaient agréables, nous risquons de revenir l'année prochaine.

Résidence agréable mais avec frais en supplément!
Cette résidence est très récente, avec des prestations de bonne qualité et un personnel accueillant et serviable. La seule déception est que de nombreux suppléments doivent s'ajouter au prix initial à la réservation: -pas de draps, ni de serviettes de toilettes, il faut les payer! -accès internet payant (alors qu'annoncé comme gratuit à la réservation) et télévision également payante (mentionné lors de la réservation néanmoins). Tous ces suppléments ont représenté plus de 50% du prix initial à la réservation. Il est regrettable que ces prestations à payer en supplément ne soient pas indiquées lors de la réservation. On peut bien sûr s'y attendre dans de telle résidence, mais la moindre des choses serait de bien le mentionner sur le site à la réservation! Ou alors laisser le choix de ces suppléments à la réservation!

Séjour mitigé !
Appartement agréable et neuf mais manque d'insonorisation, on a été réveillé tous les matin à 7H30 par le bruit des chaises sur le carrelage des voisins. Malheureusement le responsable n'a rien fait en nous disant qu'il avait trop de travail.
