There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. No hot water either. They charge extra 50 for remote. In Mexico people think tourist are cash cow to milk!! So effing annoying

El personal muy amable no hay problema en ello, el tema esque no mantienen un control en plagas hay demasiada cucaracha deberían implementar en sus coladeras las tapas platicas de goma para que no salgan y revisar su mobiliario por qué salieron varias de el tanto de la cabecera de la cama y el mueble donde se encuentra el televisor, otro detalle es el espejo ya que son espejos de dos vías o espía no estén confiados

Es un buen hotel buen servicio las abitaciones cómodas limpias y el personal muy amable además que es un lugar seguro y está muy céntrico y todo está muy cerca es l segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y quedó muy satisfecha del servicio que brindan
