Lovely hotel
What a lovely, friendly hotel. From the night manager to the restaurant staff & day reception staff you couldn’t meet a friendlier more helpful bunch. I stayed for one night with my two children in a really cute & quirky double bunk bed and wished we could have stayed longer

Area was gorgeous but they’re extremely short staffed and I think working on renovations. Smelled of mildew upstairs and parts of the hotel were closed off.
Staff was great though

Nice place but pricey for what you get
Cute place. Cozy, Hot tub could have been hotter. Sauna was nice. Had a good dinner at Moss. Hotel was over priced for the experience.

The property is under a transformation and it will be lovely and we enjoyed it. The dining staff were rude and extremely slow, we waited at our table for breakfast for 20 minutes before we even set eyes on someone. The staff at front desk were friendly, but knew very little about the area and what it had to offer.

Lovely Staff
The staff was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location is very quaint and quiet. The rooms don’t have frills, but you don’t need them in the highlands.

We loved the live music at the bar, and the convenience of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings! We weren’t blown away by the room (we had the most basic double) but everything else was great!
