Waited out side of the facility for over a hour waiting to be checked in after getting there at 11:30 at night. I booked this hotel and accidentally bypassed insurance so it was nonrefundable. Went to check in and there was a man talking to the check in clerk and telling her that they have roaches. I confirmed it by two other guests outside, that in fact they did have roaches. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Front desk lady knew I was checking in with two small children. She asked me to pay the $100 deposit before going to the room. Finally went to the room and opened the door- HUNDREDS of roaches scattered everywhere. I can not believe they even are open. This cannot be legal.
