The room had not been vacuumed. They had only 1 cup available in the room. We paid dearly for this room and our dog and it was way overpriced.

I feel so let down.
My AC unit broke down on the first nightof my stay. Since it was July at the time of this stay and it's Texas you can bet my room got very hot, very quick. I woke up at 5 AM soaking in sweat. I tried resetting the local GFI and even unplugging the AC and it briefly worked for about 30 minutes and then stopped working completely. I lost a lot of sleep my first night. I complained to the front desk and the maintenance staff completely gave me a new AC unit which was awesome and I thank them for that genuinely. However the entire lobby AC was out my entire stay. I dont know if this is due to a stingy Indian owner whos trying to save money by cutting down on electricity or not wanting to pay money for repair of the AC but it was unpleasant. The pool was down for repairs. Also you can tell the rooms are not regularly vaccuumed or cleaned thoroughly. Also it appears as if my bed linens weren't washed and they just remade the bed. And as a result my face broke out from laying on their pillows and thats how I know it has not been cleaned properly. I normally dont complain but I feel compelled to complain regarding this stay.

Horrible horrible hotel
Horrible Hotel, we stayed here a year or so ago and it was a great hotel. This stay was not the case, no soap shampoo etc in room. Bathroom counter and sink was still dirty, shower door wouldn’t stay shut. Ceiling was falling in and chipping in shower, rust and dust everywhere! No towels in bathroom, no hair dryer. The sheets were covered in rough balls and the pillows were as hard as a rock and we had 2 pillows for a king bed. A whole bag of trash set next to the elevator our whole stay no one seemed to care to clean it up, even after an employee brought us soap and towels.
