Lovely property. With a modest but reasonable investment of : new mattresses, new carpeting, new drapery, this property goes a whole better category of protection.

Perfect place in Geneva
We were in Geneva for the multiday Hobart graduation. The Inn was the perfect location. Check-in was easy, staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, meals were excellent, grounds pleasant to walk around, history of the property interesting, checkout simple.

This is a beautiful property! Great view of the lake with outdoor seating. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was overall good, but duck was well done. Service was great! The room was beautiful but a little noisy as someone was moving furniture above us at night,

My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding! Property and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and I had a lovely view of the lake. The staff was amazing with all good vibes! Food in the dining room was fantastic with beautiful ambiance. My only suggestion is better bedding especially a big poofy comforter.

Everything around this place is completely magical. The staff were amazing… Flights of wine tasting, and a delicious dinner at the bar after a long drive. Woke up and had coffee on the edge of the lake from 75 feet up. The bed was comfortable the hotel was quiet would do again might in fact move there.

Beautiful property!
Beautiful property! The view of the lake and the landscaping is fantastic. The proximity to the town of Geneva is a major plus.
The only criticism is that there is no lobby and area to gather. The check-in is located in a very small office. But other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful grounds but the rooms were pretty old and undesirable. The bar “closed” early and despite banging on the door we were ignored. Apparently “Nina” was asked and she said no to our request for a drink at 8:45. For the price point you’d expect better.

Room was large with fridge, sink and stove. There was lots of storage/closet space. Shower was hot with a good flow. We had difficulty working the heat/AC remote so room was a bit chilly but nothing bithersome enough to call front desk.

We arrived at this supposedly prestigious hotel and checked into our room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. Someone's food/clothes were everywhere. They offered to buy ONE of our drinks at the bar (which was soo dirty) and waited 1 1/2 hours for it to be cleaned. Just really disappointed.

We lived on a third floor. The veux was wonderful. However, the stairs are very steep and you would think twice of going back to the room. Elevator would greatly improve the accessibility

First the good - great staff, beautiful grounds and excellent location. Renovated bar and bartender were great!
Now the bad - rooms are dated and in need of renovation and the on-site restaurant is violently overpriced and serving poorly executed food. As a chef, I was embarrassed for them serving such badly prepared food and then having the temerity to charge high end prices. It was also roasting hot in the dining room. Anyplace would be better to eat.
