If you like bar life it’s great , otherwise not so

Rooms are nice very modern rooms. Elevator service sucks!! Caters more to non guests going to their bars. I will not be back Good for red line subway access, parking in garage close by for a discount, walking distance to Riverwalk and stores.

Love the Virgin brand. However, Loading and unloading was terribly managed and spaces in front of hotel were taken by valet of Vip vehicles. Also, there were so many no guests that were attending a roof top club that elecators were all full. Didnt seem very sade nor well managed.

Nice room, great shower with waterfall shower head and seperate hose. Everything was very clean. It had a large safe, separate sink and commode.

Pleasant stay

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Virgin hotel during our Chicago trip. We loved the way the room was decorated, the night view(Willis tower )from the room, and we appreciated daily room cleaning by the cleaning crew. We hope we can make another trip to Chicago sometime soon and stay there again.
