This is my second summer in a row staying here. It’s a very comfortable place to stay - a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach (Ponquogue beach is the closest). They have a pool on site as well which is really nice for lounging around. There’s also a little private bay access across the street that’s very pretty. I briefly spoke with Penny, the owner, who is very friendly and accommodating. I would receive a text every morning asking if I needed any housekeeping which was very thoughtful and helpful. They would bring and accommodate anything I needed that day. Make sure to ask for the beach pass so you can park at the beach parking lot, otherwise you’re not allowed without a permit and you’ll have to park far away and walk. They have a few to give to guests. They have a small fridge, coffee machine, TV, good wifi and AC in the rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You’re also within quick driving distance to the town center, restaurants and easy access to other Hamptons towns. I would certainly come back here!
