Es un hotel grande. Pero ya está muy viejo. Hay mucha humedad en las habitaciones. La cama que nos tocó en nuestra estancia se sentían los resortes. Y se desató una alergia de tanta humedad. No hay elevador y las escaleras son largas para ir cargando tu equipaje ya que no hay servicio de bellboy

Personal que labora nefasto para atender, la habitación con olores fuertes y desagradables, la tina solo el personal del hotel saben cómo funciona, la puerta de baño no servia, mencionaron que mandarían al de mantenimiento y mencionó que los arreglos del hotel van en orden y aún no le correspondía a la habitación que nos toco, ni por que nos hospedamos en la suite delux (la master), no cumple para nada con las especificaciones en la publicación ya que menciona tantas cosas que no vienen al hospedarte, la televisión está sobre el tocador, cubriendo el espejo sin permitir ocupar ese espacio, son muchas escaleras y no funciona el elevador, el personal no hace ni el más mínimo intento por solucionar la incomodidad, jamás volvería a reservar de nuevo ese hotel, tampoco lo recomiendo
