I enjoyed this hotel and would return in the future. The location is convenient. I really enjoyed the pool area. La limpieza no era buena: había manchas de café en la mesita de noche. Reutilizaron una toalla que había dejado en el piso. El wifi no funcionó durante toda la estadía. La iluminación era insuficiente. La plancha me manchó una camisa. No lo recomiendo. The cleanliness was poor: there were coffee stains on the nightstand. They reused a towel I had left on the floor. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during my entire stay. The lighting was inadequate. The iron stained one of my shirts. I do not recommend this place.

Hotel needs some work to be this level

Condition of the hotel is deteriorating. Higher floors have a number of leaks from the ceiling. Ice machine non-functioning on my floor so would have to request service. Room service was quite fast but maybe because people are avoiding this hotel. Checkin was slow. There were a number of us and it took at least 15 minutes per person. I checked out a day early because we wanted a better hotel. Didn’t expect a refund as I prepaid through hotels.com

Perfect location. Front desk was very helpful and was always able to offer an English-speaking person to assist. I would definitely stay here again. The room was amazing. We had a one bedroom suite and it was huge. The Concierge was so helpful.

The Hotel was great. Liked the spa, they had affordable packages that included use of sunna, steam room, and hot tube. There was more dinning options than I've seen at other hotels- it had a mini resort feel. The hotel concierge and housekeeping were the true stars. The concierge helped use plan excursions and even made sure our dinner reservations was confirmed when we couldn't get in contact with the restaurant. Concierge also left a sweet honeymoon gift in our room. Housekeeping prepared a beautiful display in the room to wish us a happy honeymoon. There was no tube, but shower made up for it.

This property is fantastic. The staff are amazing! The guy at the concierge (I think he’s name was Jeremy?) was incredible. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
