I use hotels at least once a month for at least the last 8 months (& will be doing for the foreseeable future plus use hotels for holidays. I would highly recommend this hotel, for location, comfort, cleanliness, decoration, furniture, welcome and superb breakfast, the evening meal looked very appealing and a varied menu but as I’d already eaten did not have the evening meal. Definitely book this hotel again

When we arrived, night reception very friendly and genuinely welcoming. Room 26 amazing view of the sea whilst in bed, loved this room. Breakfast on lovely hot plates and again service very friendly. Also great value for money.

Good, comfortable, great value, good food and lively even though out of season. Suffers the standard British hotel disease of curtains that don't keep out the lights at night (I bring a blindfold). And I don't award eco friendly stars because I have no idea what happens behind the scenes. So long as water goes down the sink & WC without leaking into the kitchen how the hotel manages its statutory duties is up to them. Definitely recommended.

A lovely hotel opposite the delightful Water Gardens, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was kept nice and clean, the bar was wecoming and comfortabke, the restaurant was excellent, overall a great stay! The only negative was the low power in the shower, which meant it took a bit longer! I am happy to highly recommend this Hotel in GreatYarmouth. I
