Overall good hotel

Service desk was friendly with good English. I rented their moped for an entire day before figuring out that I couldn't drive it properly and decided it was broken (it wouldn't start), and they sent someone to pick me up for free. Hotel itself is ok, but average quality. However, the most outstanding part of the hotel was the breakfast. Everything was prepared minutes before and it was all hot and fresh. Lots of selection and all Vietnamese dishes, which were all very tasty. Definitely the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel because it was all fresh and cooked by hand.

The hotel is very close to the bridge and quite clean, the 3rd room was situated to the back of the service room so a bit noisy. Overall the people are nice and polite

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm, phía trước là dòng sông Hàn thơ mộng. Từ khách sạn có thể ngắm được cầu sông Hàn, cầu Rồng và cầu tình yêu, tượng cá chép hoá rồng. Khách sạn với tiện nghi phòng tốt, nhân viên khách sạn thân thiện và nhiệt tình.

View sống thật đẹp! vấn đề là hôm đó tôi thật sự xui xẻo đang nhức đầu gặp ngay tầng trên có giá đình khách thuê có con nhỏ nhảy nhót la hét lien tục gần 12g mới yên tĩnh. Tôi thích hotel.com vì booking phòng đúng với hình ảnh. Ko như 1 số nơi,nêu giá tiền không hề rẻ đến nơi gặp căn phòng ko đáng tầm với giá trị thực tế. Gây bất mãn vô cùng!

Très déçus

Alors que partout ailleurs au Vietnam, nous avons toujours été bien accueillis et que nous-mêmes sommes très souriants, nous avons été très mal accueillis, par un personnel qui ne souriait pas et ne donnait aucune information. On a nettement eu l'impression de les déranger. La chambre très grande (suite) mais avec une très mauvaise disposition des meubles, rien pour déposer quelque chose dans la SBD. La seule chose positive était la vue sur la rivière et les ponts. Surtout, de jour, ne pas regarder les environs proches de l'hôtel car on se serait cru dans la "zone" ! Petit déjeuner très très décevant, tables et chaises pas nettoyées après utilisation par les clients précédents, mais personnel du restaurant faisant leur possible pour nous être agréables (les seuls !!!). Nous avions réservé et payé pour 3 nuits mais après le petit-déjeuner du premier jour, nous avons décidé de partir. Le réceptionniste n'avait pas du tout l'air étonné que nous partions et ne nous a jamais demandé pourquoi. C'est tout dire ! (comme si cela était courant)

Very nice hotel on the shore of the Han River

Danang provides more authentic Vietnamese life than the nearby tourist trap Hoi An. Beaches are exceptionally scenic; they can easily compete with those in Rio de Janeiro - but Danang appears to be much safer. In the downtown area, the menus were only in Vietnamese with some hardly to be identified pictures, but we received the best food ever in Vietnam. It was not westernized and very tasty.
