The apartment was tired looking and although there was a courtyard there were no chairs or table, the shower pressure was poor and, no one at reception. Other than that the room amenities were ok. There’s better accommodation in Apollo Bay at similar pricing.

Communication with the owner/operator was extremely poor. We paid additional per night for two children to stay, no linen or blankets were provided for them. We found mould behind the curtains and also wet carpet in the bedroom. Privacy is an issue as you can see straight into each apartment from the common walkway. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in adjoining rooms. The name “luxury” apartments should be reconsidered as it is far from luxury
