Comfortable room, beautiful accommodations - best location! Really wish the jacuzzi was up and running
Great place. We will be back.
It was a nice little lodge, only 10 rooms. The rate is comparable to the quality. The free onsite parking at the front door was great.
Are these other guest reviews real? I’d give this hotel zero stars if that was an option. Ceiling in bathroom shower was leaking into the tub through what was obviously old bubbled up plaster. Room was dirty with cracked ceilings everywhere, peeling paint, hair in the sink, stains on carpet, gross drips on bathroom door (see pictures). Heat wouldn’t shut off and we baked at about 80 degrees and nobody to call because there are no staff there at night. Speaking of which, nobody was at the hotel when we arrived and it was 7 degrees outside and the doors were locked and we had to look up the hotel number then wait to have someone drive over and give us a key (and the person who answered was rude and unapologetic and tried to blame it on Hotels.com but they obviously found our reservation). Very old lumpy pillows with a single thin pillow cover (no dust or moisture protector) so every other guest's drool and dust have leaked into the pillow for years. Garbage from past guests under the beds. Check out time is a ridiculous 9:30 am. No staff at front desk in morning either and manager never returned my call about the heat or leak (couldn't use shower because of constant dripping from ceiling). If you stay more than one night, which thank goodness we did not, you will not get cleaning service. Seriously the worst hotel I have stayed in and not even cheap. Stay further away from Breck if you need to but don’t stay here. This was truly awful.
The property was adorable. Since they only had 10 rooms very quiet. We never saw any staff which we though was odd. We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed. We would of liked to soak up after sitting in traffic for 5 hours.
My stay here was very comfortable! Lovely room with radiant floor heat, and the coffee and microwave popcorn were nice treats. As others have mentioned, I did not see any staff during my stay, but for a safe, 'no-contact' check-in it was very smooth and the directions were clear. You can't beat the location, two blocks from town and right off the 4 o'clock run so you can simply ski home. And the price was great! If you're a traveler who is comfortable finding their own way without a lot of staff assistance, I highly recommend this cozy, quaint place!
Beautiful suite that was very convenient to everything. We had a great stay and enjoyed relaxing in this unique Inn.
I loved the charm of this cozy, quaint hotel. I liked the location, away from the busy town. I understand that services are altered due to covid. It would have been nice to be able to contact a person for clean towels. We were without internet for at least 24 hours. I had to go to a store to send some important work papers. No one ever responded to my text or phone call regarding this matter. No one was ever at the front desk. The internet router was reset using creative thinking, not by the management. The biggest disappointment was with my booking. I reserved suite 10 and received a phone call the next morning indicating that it was double booked and this has only happened twice in the past 12 years...I was staying with my adult son and daughter, and the 2 separate rooms were important reason why I chose this hotel. I didn't dwell too much on it until I saw suite 10 after the guests left their stay. The door to the room was open (located next to the jacuzzi). It was twice the size and a nicer layout than suite 7 (for the same price). I should have been compensated for being forced to change my reservation to a smaller room. Not my fault they double booked, but I am the one that took the hit. I work in hospitality and frown upon people always looking for a reason to complain. But this was a big error on the management. With family recently relocating in Colorado, I will make it back to Breckenridge, but don't know if Skiway will be an option.
Great stay, nice room, enjoyed the balcony.
Not a good experience!! We arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm, the front desk and door were closed. 2 envelops taped to the door(for late arrival I guess) but none with our name. We called Hotels.com who tried to contact them several times but with no result. After 1 hour waiting in front of the hotel and on the phone with Hotels.com we were relocated to another resort
