Overall experience was just okay. The reason why is that some of the rooms don’t have coffee machines. I had to request one. They brought one but it was not working. I called the reception and they sent someone to check it. The guy came took it and never come back. At the end I never used the machines.

I arrived at the hotel at 1.40 PM and was Notified that Check in starts 3 PM. had to wait 1 hour 30 Min before receiving the room and had to wait additional 40 min and visit the front desk again to check where are my bags. the Spa service was excellent, the Restaurant staff are very nice people, and the breakfast buffet is rich. Hotel is newly renovated, and rooms are very nice and spacious.

The security and attention from some of the staff is really good. We were having an early excursion, and they allowed us to have breakfast before they opened the breakfast area. The only thing I didn't like was that they wanted to charge us $100.00 € because one of the little towels had make-up. That's a bit excessive.

One of my best hotel experiences ever so far
One of the best stays I had in a hotel ever. Outstanding service and value that made a huge difference in my trip. All staff everywhere from security to valet, concierge, reception,restaurants were extremely courteous and friendly. Loved every minute of my stay at this Hilton. Sara from reception even took the time to give me a tour of all restaurants, lounges and amenities without me asking. The restaurant staff treated me like VIP by name and offered personalized service every morning at breakfast. When my guests showed up they were escorted to me and the restaurant manager was amazing and made me look good in front of my guests. The hotel is super clean. The rooms are cozy and bed super comfortable. I just loved it. HIGHLY recommend it.
