This trip was exceptional due to the welcome back or new staff friendliness - feeling 'cared for' after lockdown isolation meant a great deal to me. I felt more at home than with my family. Wallah!! (I swear)
As a solo traveller, i didnt feel alone AT ALL.... staff and management alike made me feel I was a valued guest and friend.
I normally read 3 or 4 thick books per week on holiday. I was such a social butterfly, i struggled to find time to read. For my personality - that was amazing.
I must say many indivuals made my holiday amazing, but Anna the Customer Service lady is a superstar. We clicked immediately. She checked on me and assisted me over and above my expectations. Thank you doesn't cover how grateful i was.
Chef Emad made it his mission to make sure i had something to eat when my limited eating habits must have been a nightmare for him. I LOVED my food. So a big THANK YOU to him and all restaurant staff.
The waiters there are beyond wonderful. They work long hours and are always so helpful and cheerful, AND efficient!!
I admit I had a blip with my shower the first day, but it was dealt with immediately. (Bearing in mind the hotel had been unused during lockdown, there must have been odd minor issues in some rooms). BUT, there is no way MY issue could have been resolved any faster.
The animation team and pool staff deserve praise for thier work too.
Mr Ayman was so helpful and caring.
If im honest, im miserable at home, cant wait to go back!!
