I stay at a LOT of hotels for business, so it takes something special for me to be impressed. I can honestly say I’m so very delighted with the Hilton Garden Inn - Panama City Downtown. I was met at my taxi by a porter to assist with baggage. The check in at the front desk was very professional and helpful. They even greeted me with a glass of fresh fruit juice! The room was clean and modern. The large bottle of water in the room was so much appreciated! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the smart TV was great technology. I can’t say enough about the great value for the price at this hotel. I am travelling back through Panama in a couple of weeks and will be glad to stay there again!

Hot water takes forever to come one. Also, they nickel and dime you. If you want to have a friend over or anyone not on the room reservation, they will charge you $27 each time even with your friend's ID! Additionally, they put a coffee machine in your room but make you buy your own coffee pods downstairs if you want them.
