Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Unterkunft - ausreichend ausgestattet, Sauberkeit in Ordnung, 2 Toiletten waren super ! Schwimmbad - Wasser und Lufttemperatur waren zu gering, aber das rutschenangebot war gut Tobeland - hätte auch etwas wärmer sein können, aber die Spielmöglichkeiten waren topp ! Frühstücksbuffet - lässt keine Wünsche offen: von warm bis kalt und auch gesundes dabei. Schöne Auswahl auch für Kinder und man darf Hunde mitnehmen-grandios!

Toller Ort für Kinder
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Therme ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die meisten Föns kaputt, die Hälfte der Umkleideschränke ebenfalls. Die Therme war sehr kühl länger als eine Stunde und allen war richtig kalt. Die tolle Spielhalle ist mittlerweile sehr abgenutzt und sollte wieder in Stand gesetzt werden. Die Kinder hatten trotzdem ihren Spaß, es wäre schön wenn alles etwas in Stand gesetzt werden würde, da das Angebot an sich super ist. Beim Frühstück mehr als 30 min gewartet bis Rührei Pancakes und Bacon wieder aufgefüllt wurde war zum Teil sehr lang und hat das leckere Frühstück an sich etwas getrübt. Die Matratzen waren nicht sehr bequem. Eigentlich gerne wieder da sehr schönes Erlebnis für die ganze Familie aber der Standard lässt nach.

Die Hotelanlage liegt wunderschön im Herzen von Rügen, die Teile die wir kennengelernt haben waren leider schon etwas in die Tage gekommen.

Wir waren in unserem Zimmer angekommen haben ne hatten bestimmt über 30 Fliegen im Zimmer. Beim hauseigenen Italiener wurde ich nach 60 Minuten Wartezeit nach dem ich fragte wo unser Essenbleibt beleidigt und mir wurde mitgeteilt ich solle doch für das Gehalt des Koches mir mein eignens Essen kochen.

Enttäuschender Gesamteindruck
Offensichtlich waren alle mit der Menge an Gästen überfordert: Im Restaurant war ständig Stau beim Betreten und am Buffet. Wenigstens wurde geduldet, dass man sich auch außerhalb des Restaurants, im Treppenhaus einen Platz suchen konnte. Der Versuch, die Reservierungszeit für das Abendessen umzubuchen, scheiterte an einer telefonisch nicht erreichbaren Rezeption. Der geplante Besuch der Therme musste ausfallen, da weder Badehandtücher noch Bademäntel zur Verfügung gestellt werden konnten. Leider sind die Appartements auch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Fazit: Wer das Besondere sucht, sollte sich woanders umschauen. Wir haben die Enttäuschung viel zu teuer bezahlt.

Das Essen war reichlich und von guter Qualität,die Servicekräfte durchschnittlich,bei manchen fehlte die Aufmerksamkeit und auch Freundlichkeit,oft viel zu lange auf Getränke gewartet,inzwischen hatten wir schon gegessen. Der gesamte Essensbereich viel zu laut,sehr hektisch. Das Apartment unsauber,Spinngeweben,auch Spinnen,zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad,das Mobiliar und auch die gesamte Wohnung könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.Es war ruhig gelegen. Die Aussenanlagen waren gepflegt und auch weitläufig. Zum Wechseln der Handtücher musste man durch das ganze Gelände,nicht gerade servicefreundlich.

Es ist eine riesen Anlage mit mehreren Häusern und Zimmern. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches direkt über einer Pizzaria war. Neben dem splash Schwimmbad. Ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. War sauber und ordentlich mit Balkon. Soweit fand ich es gut, allerdings ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Eine Reise wert, wenn man mit spontanen Situationen umgehen kann 😉

Der var problemer med reservationen. Personalet kan ikke tale engelsk. Buffeten koster 40 euro pr. Person, og det er svært at få plads. Spisemulighederne på stedet er begrænsede. Den Italienske restaurant ved svømmehallen er dårlig og ikke værd at besøge. Derudover skal man betale 8 euro pr dag for parkering. Første håndsindtrykket af stedet var rigtig dårligt og det prægede den samlede oplevelse negative. Stedet er fint til familieferie, men I den dyre ende i forhold til kvaliteten.

Fint, men plads til forbedring hvad angår følgende: opkrævede 8 euro/dag for parkering, Ingen Engelsktalende i receptionen, Meget høje hovedpuder, Stærk toilet tislugt ved ankomst til lejligheden, usmilende personale, Aften besøg i restaurant skulle reserveres på forhånd. Positivt ved opholdet: Dejlige omgivelser, Pæn 1-værelses lejlighed, ingen nabostøj, lækker morgenbuffet, dejligt badeland med ok personale.
