Overseas visitors
Cupboards too high to get saucepans and bowls. Nowhere to store food that would not go in frig. Cutlery and crockery very large and minimal. Would like something less utilitarian. Room good. No sound from outside. Bus itineraries on stand would be useful for Thomas street stop.

Room not Serviced on Daily basis. Towels left on floor not replaced. Bed not made when Room Serviced. Total Lack of communication with Front desk. No Car Spaces available - this was not communicated at time of booking.

Tiny house
The facilities are great having a washing machine, drier, dish washer, stove top and microwave, just what you need when travelling for more than a couple of days. Parking was horrible, street parking and had to pay between 8.30am and 6.00pm.
